A graduate of philosophy at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and cultural and social studies at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). During her studies, she dealt with the problem of the Polish-German borderland and worked on historical and cultural projects in Polish and German NGOs. Her research interests include Ostpolitik and German-Russian economic and social relations.
