To sum up EU-Russia Summit (Brussels, 20-21 December 2012), it should be noted that in most cases as important as relationships on the energy market, building a civil society in Russia and cooperation for security in the world we cannot expect the breakthrough in the near future. It's hard to believe that one of the parties will give up its strategic priorities, especially as these issues are not only related to the business, but based on a different axiology too.
